The Biggest Loser ... or should I say Losers!!

Congratulations to Chris Kemper and Christy Shadday who tied for losing the most body weight! Both lost 4.67% -- Chris lost 10lbs (a total of 26lbs in 2 months) and Christy lost 6.6lbs! Congratulations to you both!!

Other big winners were April Camp (4.17%), Andy Bressette (3.14%), Shelley Callier (2.3%), Brenda Bowman (2.29%) and Angie Minge (2.13%). Those are all fantastic results!

As you know Group Training begins Monday! Please let us know if you are interested! This is a great time to get a little more individual attention but still have the group dynamic and social support. It is really a lot of fun but most of all it will get you the results you want!

Check out the fun pictures of our last day! Thank you for pushing my car and saving me some gas $$-- maybe next time I can think of something that will make you guys wash my car!

Well Kelley, Chris, Reggie and myself sure did have a whole lot of fun with all of you and are very proud of how far you all have come. Please feel free to call on any of us at anytime!

Stay healthy!

Tuesday Morning

Tomorrow is going to be a cold one!! Bundle up but I promise you will be warmed up in no time!

Great job to those die hards that came today. It was a fabulous workout today and all of you should be really proud of yourselves.

We were missing a lot of people today -- it's hard to get the results you want by hitting the snooze button. I want you to think about this when you hit the snooze button next time -- when you don't show up I am going shopping with your money that day! Today I am going shopping with Andy's $, Brenda's $, Lou's $, Missy's $, Tina's $, Christy's $ and Rebecca's $$ -- Wow, I feel like I just won the lottery! Today is awesome!

Well I will not be there in the morning but I know Kelley and Chris will take very good care of you!

Let's have a fabulous week!

Great 1st Workout!

Hey Gang!
Great Job today! Yes, it was cold but you all braved it very well. Some tips to help with these cold days...(1) Wear layers, (2) Wear wool socks -- it really helps keep the water from getting to those tootsies, (3) Gloves!! -- there are waterproof shoes and gloves out there -- look for items made with Gortex. And most importantly make sure you dry out those sneakers before each workout -- you can just throw them in the dryer. Oh and finally a hat wil help keep the heat from escaping from youor head -- just look at Chris Kemper after each workout!

Again, super job today! Keep me posted on how everyone is doing!

See you in the morning.

Thursday Morning's Workout will be at the Club!

Kelley and I have been arguing for an hour about what to do about tomorrow's workout due to the forecast of severe thunderstorms. I was all about you guys getting filthy and telling you guys to "deal with it" while Kelley was on your side and worried about her ironed workout clothes and mascara running down her face -- and then there was the Reagan factor and her strong feelings about dirt which solidified the decision --tomorrow's workout will be at the Club! Rain or shine...or rather "moon" shine.

5:30am! Be on time! See you then!

2 Workouts Left!

Well we have 2 workouts left! Tomorrow morning is calling for rain :( If it is lightly raining we will still workout at the park -- if it is a massive downpour than head to the Club. Call the club (706) 295-3678 and Matt will update you on where we will be if you are in question. Or I can text you.

For those of you who are doing Boot Camp again -- remember you get $25 off your next Boot Camp price. Also, if you are not a Club member --- my gosh, become one!!! You will receive a discount of $0 enrollment on our monthly plans or 10% off our annual price for being such a dedicated soul to Operation RAC!

So who is planning on doing the next session? I hope all of you! The most amazing results come from the 2nd Boot Camp!

Love you all!!

Great Job Today!

Very impressive today! Today was an INCREDIBLY tough workout and all of you rose to the challenge and completed it! Think about how far all of you have come in 3 short weeks ... who knew time would fly by so fast.

We only have 3 workouts left! They will prove to be challenging and yet fun. And please let me know if there is anything I can do for any of you this last week.

Great job today!
Chrissy

**Sorry I didn't take any pictures today to update them but the paparazzi will be out in full force tomorrow! So smile :)

What a great week!

A very impressive week! All of you took on kettlebells, buckets of water, tires and a very challenging scavenger hunt this week and with such great effort. We are all so proud of all of you!

I want you to take this weekend to think about all you went through this past week -- it is quite an accomplishment!

April and Chad -- 50 burpees for an unexcused absence on Friday!! And Chad has promised me 10 burpees for every beer he drinks, 20 burpees for every corn dog he eats and 100 burpees for even smelling the funnel cake at the fair today!

Reagan -- I will have a manicurist and a martini waiting for you on Friday! Keep up the very impressive work!

We have ONE week left! Let's make it the best one yet! As for those who are on the fence about doing the next boot camp -- let me help you with that decision. Our biggest losers, so to speak, did multiple boot camps in a row. Although you go through similar workouts they challenge you in a completely different way. Maybe some of our repeaters can speak to that point! And also, this is our last outside boot camp until the spring...i don't know about you, but outside exercise really just beats being indoors! So if you have any questions please feel free to ask them!

Again great work and I will see you bright n'early on Monday!
